Presidency University established the Taiwan Education Centre (TEC) through a strategic partnership with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre (TECC), strengthening international academic collaborations, student exchange programmes, Mandarin language education, research partnerships, and scholarship opportunities with leading universities in Taiwan.

Presidency University inaugurated the Taiwan Education Centre (TEC) after signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre (TECC). The initiative strengthens the university's internationalisation efforts by connecting students with globally recognised academic institutions in Taiwan.
The collaboration includes partnerships with seven Taiwanese universities, creating opportunities for student exchange programmes, collaborative research, faculty interaction, higher education pathways, and international academic networking. The Taiwan Education Centre also promotes Mandarin language learning, enabling students to develop language proficiency while preparing for careers with Taiwanese companies operating in India and abroad.
The initiative supports scholarship opportunities offered by Taiwan's Ministry of Education, helping deserving students pursue higher education without financial barriers. Through this partnership, Presidency University continues to expand global learning experiences, improve employability, and build long-term international academic collaborations.
