Students should verify the eligibility criteria before applying, as each scholarship follows different selection guidelines.

Students with outstanding academic performance can receive tuition fee concessions.

• 90% and above in qualifying examination:

  • B.Tech: Up to INR 50,000

  • UG Non-Technical Courses: Up to INR 30,000

  • PG Programmes: Up to INR 25,000

• 80.01%–89.99% in qualifying examination:

  • B.Tech: Up to INR 30,000

  • UG Non-Technical Courses: Up to INR 20,000

  • PG Programmes: Up to INR 20,000

• Students securing 80% or more may also receive tuition fee waivers of up to 50%, depending on the scholarship category.

Note: Merit scholarships continue only if students maintain a minimum 9 SGPA in every semester.

Presidency University also rewards students based on national and state-level entrance examination performance.

• 90 percentile and above in JEE Main, CAT, MAT, XAT, or CUET:

  • Up to 25% tuition fee concession.

• 80.01–89.99 percentile:

  • Up to 15% tuition fee concession.

• KCET Rank 1–1,000:

  • 100% tuition fee waiver.

• KCET Rank 1,001–10,000:

  • 50% tuition fee waiver.

• KCET Rank 10,001–20,000:

  • 25% tuition fee waiver.

• Karnataka PGCET Rank 1–100:

  • 100% tuition fee waiver.

• Karnataka PGCET Rank 101–250:

  • 50% tuition fee waiver.

• KCET students generally pay lower tuition fees compared to management quota students.
